Hello fellow North Carolinian's. My name is Heather Mobley and I am a National Notary Association (NNA) certified Loan Signing Agent, also known as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA).

I am a trained professional who handles the signing of documents for mortgage loans and other loan packages such as refinancing. I will ensure the proper completion and notarization of paperwork, acting as a neutral third-party. My role is crucial in the loan process, providing a seamless experience for both borrowers and lenders. With a keen eye for detail and commitment to integrity,  I play a pivotal role in real estate transactions. I am insured through an Errors and Omissions insurance policy and follow State Laws and Regulations governing notarial acts.
